As a career educator, Diane has spent more than 30 years in educational settings. Her extensive teaching experience covers the spectrum of the learning process from the early acquisition of language to the interpretation and analysis of advanced text and abstract ideas. Diane’s experience encompasses many levels of literacy, enriching her understanding of how learning develops and how skills build on each other to produce a successful learning experience. She has worked as a reading specialist, a classroom teacher in regular and special education, and as a Parent Educator with the nationally recognized Parents as Teachers program. As a parent of three boys,
she understands the frustration of parents and students when learning is
difficult and alternatives to traditional public education methods are
